Khushal Welfare Organization (KWO), Constituted In 1998, Registered with Social Welfare Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar. Its purpose is to protect life and health and to ensure facilitates. The organization works round the clock but never for personal gains.
WHO WE ARE
Khushal Welfare Organization (KWO), established in 1998 in FATA, as a non-profit organization, envisions a civilized and prosperous FATA. It is working for improved living conditions and peace in FATA through improved education, health, agriculture and local infrastructure with emphasis on the empowerment and involvement of all stakeholders.Khushal Welfare Organization (KWO) mainly operates and is interested to work in FATA areas including FATA.As the registered office of the organization is situated in Sherkera, F.R Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the organization is well familiar with the social and humanitarian issues of the FATA people.

To make sustainable contributions for improving living conditions and ensuring peace in FATA.
Education
Establishment of model schools in different localities of FATA for boys and girls.
Women Empowerment
To ensure women’s economic and political participation
Agriculture and Forest
To increase agricultural production and forests.

To facilitate easy access of the community to improved health facilities.
Youth Empowerment
To involve youth in economic and other productive activities
Water and Sanitation
To ensure community access to safe drinking water and sanitation

Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Rehman Afridi, Khushal Welfare Organization (KWO) aims to expand its healthcare and vocational training initiatives across FATA.Future projects include establishing mobile health units, advanced paramedical training centers, and women empowerment programs to create sustainable livelihood opportunities. KWO remains committed to building a healthier, skilled, and self-reliant community.

Presently, there are 60 numbers of Community Based Organizations (CBOs) which are registered with KWO and are actively participating in community development.
Achievements
During the last few years, the organization has successfully implemented and completed various long term and short term projects in health, community development, water and sanitation, education, emergency rehabilitation sectors and many others.
Future Plans
Establish health and vocational training institutes in FATA to empower local youth, especially women, with professional and technical skills.
